Snippet Saturday – Color

I had a lot of fun writing BETTER THAN CHOCOLATE for Changeling a few years ago. The heroine is a dragon struggling to make it as an independent woman in modern-day New York. The hero… well, he’s pure melt-in-your mouth temptation. Silvana compares him to chocolate at every turn (which makes sense, since she’s a pastry chef). The beautiful brown color of chocolate, and Rafael’s skin, was a big part of my inspiration for this story.

I couldn’t resist sharing a snippet with you today.
